#6121 |
My dial plan things its connected to a 1.8 asterisk box so this is correct but every time I try and add a digits and timeout to the Swift command to receive DTMF tones it sends a ‘|’ pipe character as the argument separator.
I noticed in the changelog for 3.3 that this was a fixed bug. I tried upgrading to 11 then downgrading back to 1.8 and not matter what I do it still puts the pipe in.
I am out of ideas what to try next but this makes the produce very hard to use when I have to edit my asterisk config files manually after each upload to replace the pipe with commas.
Ideas?
#6122 |I went ahead destroyed my .vdp folder and uninstalled everything from a fresh download then reinstalled killing my second key and I get the same results. I selected 1.8 server and set it to PIAF although it detected my server as FreePBX.
I will call and get my key reset so I can install a second copy again when I need it.
So bottom line this looks to be a bug that is not fixed as stated in the change log for 3.3
#6123 |Hello,
We did additional testing and I can confirm the issue.
Actually, we had the comma separator in previous version of VDP but have turned it to ‘|’ since several users reported that comma separator is not working correctly at their deployments.
Current version of VDP does not handle this adequately and we’ll fix it in coming minor release.
In the meantime, please use the custom code component.
Using custom code component you will not have to manually change the code each time after the deploy.Best regards,
Daniel Minitch
