Visual Dialplan comes with bundled Apstel Integration Server, powerful application server that extends Asterisk dial plan functionality by simplifying access to all major email  servers including Gmail, Exim, Sendmail.

At Integration Server view in Visual Dialplan you can create connection to the email server, create email templates and send emails. Visual Dialplan comes with powerful “SendEmail” building block that can be used to send emails directly from the dial plan.
