Hello everyone,

I want to know how can we get a calling phone number written from a database connected with Integration Server ?
Is that possible with Visual Dialplan ? If yes, whith which blocks ?

I want to use, if possible, the ANI(Automatic Number Identification).

Hello Pierre,

Yes, it is typical scenario when Visual Dialplan and Integartion server are used.
Use the DbQuery component.
The easiest way is to start with bundled samples, single select DB sample.

Finally I have found how can I get my phone number, with the component Set variables, function Call, to the value CALLERID() and type ANI.
