Hi,
I have downloaded the Visual DialPlan software to use with a new install of FreePBX. I am looking to replace our Cisco Contact Centre Express / CME setup.
I’ve created a dial plan and tried the test dial plan but when I call the extension in the plan I get the “call cannot be completed as dialled” message.
I’ve gone through the FreePBX tutorial and can’t see where I’m going wrong, it looks very straight forward!
All the validations show as fine in VDP, as does test the server connection in preferences. It’s as though FreePBX is ignoring the new dial plan.
Any suggestions welcome, it’s driving me crazy!!
