Hello,

I have placed a custom ulaw file in my sounds directory. When I place the file name in the playback function (without the file extension), I can neither validate nor deploy the configuration due to a component configuration error in the playback component play file field. Where is Visual Dialplan getting its information to decide whether or not the sound file name is available and valid in the sounds directory?

I tried rereading my server configuration.

Hello again,

I figured it out. I had the failed output of the playback component going to the hanup component.
