    Hi, I’m a newbie with visual dial plan and just trying to run the HelloWorld from FreePBX.
    Im using VDP professional,asterisk 1.4 and FreePBX but when I tried to deploy I came out with an error

    “Failed to insert dialplan inclued in the file ‘/etc/asterisk/globals_custom.conf'”

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Xygod,

    Do you have /etc/asterisk/globals_custom.conf file on your system and what version of FreePBX server do you use?

    You may also consider uploading a VDP log file and all /etc/asterisk/extension*.conf files so I could take a closer look at the configuration files.
