    Hello,

    I have this issue with Read component, I set it to take maximum of 3 digits and when i run the dialplan it ends after second digit.What’s wrong with this?

    I just tried this and it works fine for me. Perhaps you have your timeout set to low? I have mine set to max of 3 digits and a timeout of 5 seconds and it works just fine.

    You’re right, that was the problem, but unfortunately i have another one sad.
    When I type in softphone 123, asterisk console shows 112 or 122.
    It looks like it combine first 2 digits and ignore the third one.
    Do you know what causes this?

    That sounds like it may be a softphone issue. Which one are you using? Have you downloaded a different one to try and see if that one works? Normally the only time I have seen weirdness like this it has been caused by the softphone or settings for the softphone. Do you have a regular hardware phone you can try at all?
