By default, remote access to MySQL database server is disabled for security reasons. In other words MySQL will not accept connections from other hosts besides local host. To overcome this issue you will need to give permission to the host trying to connect to the MySQL database.
Also you may try with Apstel Integration Server. I am using Integration Server for database and payment server access, it’s so much easier to work with one IS block instead of using several MySQL Addons blocks.
However, the downside is you have to buy additional IS licenses if you wish to handle more than one concurrent call with your dial plan, but it’s worth every dollar.
