————————–I am unable to save my dialplan anymore. I get the following error message:
“Error occurred while saving the dialplan.”
I have tried the following with no success:
1. disable UAC
2. Save As to a different directory
3. Save As different file nameI also checked C:\Program Files (x86)\Apstel\Visual Dialplan Standard\log\application.log, but that appears to only log items when a dialplan is deployed.
I can still save each component within the dialplan and deploy it to the server, but I cannot save the dialplan itself.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
#5963 |Is this a trial version of visual dialplan? If so, they are limited as to the number of times you can save a dialplan. Perhaps you are running into this??

#5964 |We started out with the trial version, but even after we purchased the license we ran into this a few times. It’s been saving properly for about a week now without any problems. I found that the problem would arise when working in a specific context (which could be different each time). It was usually the last context I had edited. Sometimes removing my most recent change would allow me to save, and other times deleting the context & re-creating it would do the trick. However, depending on the complexity of the context, deleting it & starting over is not always the best option.
