    we are trying to record calls using monitor or record actions but we always experiments a cut in the recording, if we say number sequently always from 1 to 10 between 2 and 3 is cutted, anyone has experienced this bug or misfunction… why is that and what can we do in order to fix it, does anyone know another documentation for guidance.
    If someone need for feedback the recordings, we could bring it. Best Regards and many thanks for any comments.

    very strage… it looks like encoding issue, did you try with default wav format?
