    Hello. My name is Flavio. I want to know if the software is capable to do:

    1) Make 20 simultaneus calls (I have the rigth hardware )
    2) When the peapole pick up the phone play a mesage and if decide pres #1 (for example) put the call in the queue with other mesage while the peapole wait.
    3) Save log that contain number,time and state, where state is a flag (for example, no answer:1,busy:2, press #1:3)
    4) Setup campaing by period (from 8AM to 12 AM)

    For what you want I believe that it should be possible. For the log it might be good to use a MySQL database (using Integration Server) to keep the status information that you need. All of this should work with Elastix (although I use Trixbox myself).
